At Barris Roofing Ltd, we value all client feedback – whether it's a concern, a complaint, or a suggestion for improvement. To ensure a fair, impartial, and structured review of all submissions, we’ve created this dedicated portal.

How It Works

  1. Submission
    Complete the feedback/complaint form below. Once submitted, your message will be formally logged and submitted to our internal board.

  2. Review Process
    Our board conducts structured bi-monthly review meetings. Your submission will be discussed at the next scheduled meeting, within 14 days of receipt.

  3. Response & Action
    After the meeting, we will issue a written response outlining:

    • Our review findings

    • Any actions we intend to take

    • Clarification on any misunderstandings

Important Information

  • Payments: We kindly request that all clients settle their outstanding invoices on time while feedback is being reviewed.

    • Failure to do so may result in late payment charges and referral to our collections agency, in line with our standard terms and conditions.

    • Your complaint will still be professionally reviewed regardless of your payment status, but settling your account avoids unnecessary financial escalation.

  • Professional Portal:
    This portal ensures that all feedback is handled in a respectful and structured manner.

    • We do not respond to complaints submitted via text message, social media, or third-party review websites. However, we reserve the right to respond publicly to online feedback where appropriate, and may share the findings of our internal review process—ensuring all personal or property details remain anonymous.

    • This form is the only official method to have your complaint reviewed by our board.
